Qualify for the 7th and 8th Level by personally sponsoring 5 people who have an active auto-ship for a minimum of 3 cartons and unlock the last two levels.
Bonus for the Top Producers Pool
This pool is for the top 5 producers that have the highest first level sales in cartons, from new members, in that commission month. The top producers will split up a pool composed of $.25 for each Feature Caron sold in that calendar month. The pool will be split according to producers. i.e. If the pool paid only 3 members and if Member 1 produces 50 cartons, Member 2 produces 150 cartons and Member 3 produces 75 cartons, the total number of cartons will be 275. Since Member 1 produced 50 they will be entitled to 18% of the pool (50/275). Member 2 will be entitled to 55% of the pool (150/275) and Member 3 will be entitled to 27% of the pool (75/275).
Executive Referring Customer Bonus Pool
For each Feature Brand Carton purchased, OTDirect contributes $.25 towards the Executive Referring Customer Bonus Pool. The Executive will receive 1 share for each sponsored member ho has purchased a minimum of 3 Feature cartons and also possess an active auto-ship order in the current commission period (Auto-Ship can be for the three Feature cartons). The value of each share is determined by dividing the total number of shares for the period into the value of the pool. The share value is then multiplied times the number of shares that a distributor hold to determine the Bonus.
Example: Distributors x, y and z are all bonus pool qualified. Distributor X has 15 shares, Distributor Y has 19 shares and Distributor Z has 11 shares. The total value of the pool for the period is $8,000. with 45 share being present, each share would be worth $177.77. Hence, Distributor X would earn $2,666.55, Y would earn $1,955.47.
